1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase in the online shop of Johannes Marent e.U. / YAMA SKATEBOARDS. By submitting an online order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions and binds to them.
2. Object of the contract
Information in our price lists, advertisements, advertising material and internet pages are always free and non-binding. We reserve the right to change the information contained therein at any time. Orders placed via our internet pages are deemed to be refunded at the time of receipt of the electronic order message. The contract only comes into effect upon acceptance of the order. Acceptance of the order shall take place at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
3. Withdrawal
Purchasers who are consumers in the sense of the consumer protection law can withdraw from a contract concluded in a distance contract (or a declaration of the contract in a distance sale) within a period of 14 business days from receipt of the delivery of the ordered goods. It is sufficient if the withdrawal notice is sent within the deadline. This right of withdrawal consists, among other things, not for special orders (reduced goods), likewise excluded from the right of rescission is used, as well as not original packaged goods. In the case of withdrawal, a total or partial refund of a payment already made takes place only in turn against the restitution of the goods received by the Purchaser. The cost of return is borne by the consumer, shipping costs can generally not be reimbursed.
4. Prices
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are given as gross prices, including the statutory value-added tax, but plus packaging and dispatch charges. If export or import duties are due in the course of the dispatch, this shall also be borne by the customer. Subject to change.
5. Delivery
The goods are dispatched to the address specified by the purchaser. We strive to ship the products you ordered as soon as possible.

7. Reservation of title
Until the complete settlement of all claims against the consumer, the delivered goods remain the property of YAMA SKATEBOARDS.
8. Privacy Policy
The consumer agrees that the data provided by her/him may be stored and processed in compliance with the provisions of the data protection act. The consumer expressly agrees with the inclusion of her/his address data in our customer file and declares that she/he agrees to the receipt of customer information until revocation. The data are, of course, treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.
9. Severability clause
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
10.Legal status
The court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the business relationship is Vienna / AUSTRIA.
